For any Newsies fans out there, my friend told me about this quote and it gave me an idea to make a wallpaper!
Me and my brother singing Friday!
LOL
We can’t sing..
This is something I did in photoshop in a few minutes. Not anything insane, just bored. I haven’t used photoshop in like 1 year so, don’t expect anything.
So today, the team I play for, Wakefield Tennis Team which is possibly last in the league, played Reading High School which is pretty high up there. I played 3rd singles against a really good kid. I obviously knew I didn’t stand a chance. For those of you who understand Tennis, I lost 0-6,0-6, BUT, I did manage to get into a Advantage-In point, but then I lost it. Anyways, most of his serves had either a lot of topspin or a lot of kick. Either way, I stood no chance. Like my friend told me, if I played tennis against that kid, I would lose, however, if I played dodge ball, I’d probably win. I can honestly say that some of the serves had so much kick, it bounced up and I had to duck because it would of probably smashed into my face. But, I did manage to pull off some great shots during the game. Some of the rallies were pretty intense. I noticed during the game, one of my friends that were spectating, told me “Rex Style!!!” There was a shot on our team known as the “Rex Lob” and it was described as: A massive lob that blinds you. I mean, that lob was massive, sometimes when I did it to my friends whom we were playing for fun, miss the ball and hit them on the head. So I listened to my friend and started hitting the Rex lob, and look at that, I started getting points! Boohoo though, some of my lobs were so high, the wind blew it back (by the way, it was pretty windy) and gave it a perfect spike opportunity. I guess I did learn a lesson today, Tennis is not dodge ball, unless you have no choice.
Speaking of no choice, our team is facing Lexington High School tomorrow, aka number one in the league. However, both captains and our 1st singles player are not gonna be present so…I have to step in as 1st singles. I just hope I don’t die out there tomorrow, the tennis balls will probably go so fast, that I can’t even dodge them. Oh well, hopefully it rains tomorrow.
Well thanks for reading this if you actually took the time to, I’ll probably talk about my total dominant failure about the game tomorrow. Until next time, peace!
